Movement Matters Collective (MMC) is a Black woman-owned wellness organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities through mindful movement and holistic wellness programs. They provide accessible services such as Pilates, yoga, and wellness workshops that promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Each of their programs are tailored to BIPOC individuals, with a special focus on Black women aged 14-65 in San Diego's South Bay and Southeast areas.
